Orders & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
For now, in France. Europe is coming soon!

What are the delivery times?
5 to 7 working days (excluding pre-orders/custom-made).

Do you do pre-orders?
Yes! If a size is sold out, write to us at hello@momej.fr for custom production (lead time: 2 to 3 weeks).

Shipping costs?
Free from [X]€ / otherwise fixed price to be defined.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the deadline for making a return?
7 days after receipt. Please attach photos if necessary.

Are returns free?
Unless we make an error, return costs are your responsibility.

Terms ?
Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.

The Jamomos

How does it work?
Each MOMEJ piece has screw-on knobs.
You can replace the buttons with a JAMOMO using a screwdriver.

Is each JAMOMO unique?
Yes, they are handmade in Paris. Each button may vary slightly.

Can I buy more than one?
Yes, collect them and change your pieces according to your mood!

Custom made

Do you offer tailor-made services?
Yes, depending on the materials available. Dress in your size? Underwear to adjust? Special JAMOMO? Write to us at hello@momej.fr with " custom-made " in the subject line.
