Where do you deliver?
For now, in France. Europe is coming soon!

What are the delivery times?
5 to 7 working days (excluding pre-orders/custom-made).

Do you do pre-orders?
Yes, while our fabric stocks last. If a size is sold out, please email us at hello@momej.fr for custom production (lead time: 2 to 3 weeks).

Shipping costs?
Free from 50€.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the deadline for making a return?
7 days after receipt. Please attach photos if necessary.

Are returns free?
Unless we make an error, return costs are your responsibility.

Terms ?
Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition.

JAMOMOS

How does it work?
Each MOMEJ piece is made up of screw-on buttons.
You can unscrew a metal knob to replace it with a JAMOMO simply by using a screwdriver.

Is each JAMOMO unique?
Yes, they are handmade in Paris, so each button is special and unique. It may vary slightly from the photo.

Can I buy more than one?
Yes, of course! The idea is to collect them so you can upgrade your pieces.

Custom made

Do you offer tailor-made services?
Yes, depending on the materials available. Dress in your size? Underwear to adjust? Special JAMOMO? Write to us at hello@momej.fr with "custom-made" in the subject line.
